Safety licences are issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defense through the Salamah portal, and the facility owner applies from their own account. Facilities that often need this service
Before you ask
Do you guarantee the safety licence?
No. Issuing the licence is the General Directorate of Civil Defense's decision. What we commit to is a careful readiness review, closing the gaps within our scope, and being clear about what remains.
Who submits the application on Salamah?
The facility owner, or their authorised representative, from the facility's own account. We explain the steps and documents, and never ask for your login details.
How do I check that a safety company is approved?
The Salamah portal publishes the list of safety companies approved by Civil Defense. You are welcome to verify our details there before contracting.
